Online only passes now available!
Thank you for your interest in attending the Faraday Institution Conference taking place at the University of Nottingham on 8-10 September 2026.
We have sold out of in-person conference passes for the conference, however we are delighted to offer an online only pass option.
The cost of an online only pass is £250 .
The deadline to register for your online only pass is 23:59 BST (UK time) on Tuesday 1st September 2026.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist for an in-person conference pass, please contact [email protected] – passes are not guaranteed and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
What’s included in the registration fee?
- Access to live streaming of all sessions across the full three-day programme online.
- Option to take part in live Q&A sessions.
- Access to the Conference App to view the delegate list, speakers, programme, exhibitors and posters. You can also set up your own profile and chat with fellow delegates on the app and request and schedule virtual meetings.
- Access to recorded sessions to watch back via the conference app post-event for up to 6 months.
Payment
Payment
By completing the registration form online, you agree to pay the required registration fees that have been booked through the registration system. To complete your registration to the conference, full payment must be made by credit or debit card.
An email containing your login details will be sent to you on completion of your registration profile. Your booking confirmation will be sent once a successful payment of the chosen registration fees has been processed.
Registration ticket prices are exempt of VAT.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at [email protected], in writing, immediately.
Cancellation charges for accepted bookings, are as a percentage of the registration fee, and are as follows when written notice of cancellation is:
- Received before the Online Only registration deadline, 23:59 BST (UK time) on Tuesday 1st September 2026 – 50% of the registration fee
- Received after the registration deadline, 23:59 BST (UK time) on Tuesday 1st September 2026 – 100% of the registration fee
Substitutes may be made, provided that a name and email address is sent in writing in advance of the Conference start date.
