What’s included in the registration fee?
- Full access to talks and panels in the main conference programme
- Access to poster sessions and exhibition stands
- Daily refreshments and lunches
- Complimentary ticket to our Welcome Networking Reception at the Stephenson Building on Tuesday 10 September (if purchasing the 1 day or 2 day ticket where Tuesday is selected)
- Access to post-event materials
Please note: Delegates will need to book their own accommodation separately as this is not included in the registration fee. Further details of accommodation options will be sent in the confirmation email you’ll receive once registered and can be found on the accommodation page here.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference via the online registration portal upon registering. You can create an account to register and have the option to save your registration details and return at a later date to complete if need be. Please note you will need access to a credit or debit card upon completing your registration via the portal to make payment. If you are unable to access a credit or debit card to make payment, please contact faraday@conferencecollective.co.uk to discuss alternative payment solutions which will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at faraday@conferencecollective.co.uk, in writing, immediately.
Cancellation charges, for accepted bookings, are as a percentage of the registration fee, and are as follows:
Written notice:
- Received up to 8 weeks before date of conference – 0%
- Received between 8 weeks and up to 4 weeks before date of conference – 25%
- Received between 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before date of conference – 50%
- Received less than 2 weeks before date of conference – 100%
No refund will be made to those registrants who have booked and paid for the Conference but who are unable to attend, for whatever reason.
Substitutes may be made, provided that a name is sent in writing in advance of the Conference.
