Rebecca has led the work on the Industrial Strategy’s Advanced Manufacturing Sector Plan. In addition to taking a wide strategic view across the whole Manufacturing landscape, she is also the Department’s lead on Battery policy and Electronic Machinery. Passionate about seeing technology and innovation transform traditional industries, Rebecca’s team oversee some of the key flagship cross cutting programmes such as Made Smarter Adoption and Innovation. Rebecca has a background in International Trade and in previous roles was the Deputy Chief Negotiator for both the EEA EFTA and Mexico Free Trade Agreements.
