Dr Mark Blyth is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bristol. Mark’s current research investigates the roles of temperature and charge gradients on lithium-ion batteries, with a focus on BMS applications. He specialises in using differential equations to derive explicit mathematical models of battery dynamics, and implementing computationally efficient numerical methods to simulate those models and interface them with his experimental data.
