Dr Hadi Moztarzadeh is a technology innovation and investment specialist, with over 20 years’ experience in both academia and industry. At the APC, he oversees the knowledge base and technology portfolio, providing techno-economic forecasts for the UK Automotive industry. He is also responsible for the Automotive Council roadmaps, where he has led the development of the Auto Council roadmaps 2024, working closely with industry, research, funding and policy bodies.
Prior to joining the APC, Dr Moztarzadeh led the development and delivery of research and innovation strategy in academia, industrial R&D projects and cross-centre programmes at High Value Manufacturing Catapult. His expertise spans emerging technologies, such as digitalisation and artificial intelligence, clean energy and advanced manufacturing, to inform funding and investment for economic growth and societal benefits.
Hadi is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE).
