Ruoyi Dai

Ruoyi Dai is a PhD researcher in Energy and Battery Economics at WMG, University of Warwick. Her research focuses on techno-economic assessment of lithium-ion batteries, including second-life applications, battery recycling, and circular economy decision-making. She holds an MSc in Financial Management from Warwick Business School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics, China. Before PhD, she worked as a senior auditor at the China National Audit Office, with six years of experience conducting audit projects for United Nations Agencies, national ministries and corporations, and programmes funded by the World Bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and the Global Environment Facility.
