Naresh Gollapally

Naresh is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, contributing to the Nextrode project with a focus on advancing dry electrode manufacturing technologies for next-generation batteries. He brings extensive experience from both industry and academia, having worked at Faradion and the University of Sheffield. His expertise spans the synthesis, characterization, and scale-up of   lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cathode materials, as well as electrode fabrication, cell assembly, and electrochemical testing. Naresh is also skilled in post-mortem analysis, enabling a deeper understanding of battery performance, degradation mechanisms, and pathways to improve the efficiency, durability, and scalability of energy storage systems.
