Matt brings more than 20 years’ experience at Cabot Corporation and BP of transforming and scaling specialty materials manufacturing businesses across multiple value chains, including automotive, energy and infrastructure.

He is a results-driven business leader who has delivered rapid growth in complex and challenging markets. Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and North America, Matt brings a global perspective to leadership, an ability to deeply understand markets and stakeholder needs, and combines strategic vision with disciplined operational execution.

As CEO of Gelion, Matt is helping the team to establish a global presence for its high-performance sulfur-based cathode active materials (CAM) at an industrial scale, aimed at unlocking the enormous potential of these abundant materials.
