Dr Anubhav Singh

Dr. Singh specialises in Li-ion battery diagnostics aimed at developing detailed understanding of battery degradation and early detection of battery faults. Through integration of multi-scale experimentation and modelling with statistics and machine learning, Dr. Singh’s work is targeted towards tackling path dependence, scalability and laboratory-to-field transferability of data and methods. Since 2021, Dr. Singh has been involved in more than five research projects in collaboration with industrial partners that have resulted in >£1 million grant funding. Dr. Singh aspires to continue addressing research questions arising from working on real-world problems to facilitate safe and optimal deployment of batteries.
