Veronika Majherova is a 2nd year Faraday PhD researcher at University of Warwick. Her interest lies in understanding the degradation mechanisms of lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode material through electrode optimization and cell testing. She is employing spectroscopy techniques to link electrochemical performance to material changes at the fundamental level. She’s also developing an instrumented pouch cells with reference electrodes to use the benefits of three-electrode configuration in industry-relevant cell formats for operando studies.
