Tú Nguyen is a PhD researcher at Hasselt University and Flemish Institute of Technological Research (VITO), where she focuses on 3D printing of battery electrodes for high-energy lithium-ion batteries. Her work explores the design of advanced electrode architectures using additive manufacturing, with an emphasis on understanding and optimizing their microstructures and electrochemical performance for high-energy battery applications. Tú holds a Master’s degree in Nanomaterials Science from Utrecht University, where she built a strong foundation in additive manufacturing and material chemistry – skills that now underpin her innovative research in battery technology.
