Graeme is CPI’s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, responsible for supporting the development of the Technology and Innovation (T&I) culture within CPI and ensuring the integration of CPI’s full innovation capability as part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult offer.
He originally joined CPI as the Director of the National Formulation Centre in 2015, where he led the establishment and management of CPI’s Formulation capability. Graeme joined CPI from Procter and Gamble where he spent 20 years in a range of product design and technology innovation roles across a range of FMCGs.
